Over 20 years of experience directing EHS programs across research, development, and GMP manufacturing environments for leading life-science organizations. Demonstrated success integrating regulatory compliance, risk management, and cultural engagement across complex multi-building campuses.
- Directed EHS oversight for multi-building CRDMO and pharmaceutical sites supporting over 300 personnel in R&D, GMP manufacturing, warehouse, and office operations.
- Developed and implemented sitewide EHS management systems, policies, and procedures aligned with OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory frameworks (NJDEP, PADEP).
