Frank S. Jankoski, President

Qualifications Summary

Mr. Jankoski, President of Corporate Environmental Services Inc, specializes in environmental, health and safety projects for industrial clients. His over 30 years of experience encompasses project management; process design and troubleshooting; and pilot scale research in the areas of solid and hazardous waste handling, waste minimization, hazardous waste treatment and stabilization; TSD facility permitting and design; development and implementation of remedial investigations and feasibility studies; environmental and safety compliance auditing; environmental permitting.

Experience

Recent industrial projects have included a comprehensive process evaluation for a chemical manufacturer. This evaluation included a survey of raw materials use and a hazardous and solid waste generation in every process and operations step throughout the facility, development of process and waste flow sheets and mass balances and recommendations for raw material substitutions, waste minimization initiatives and process and engineering modifications.

On going projects include EHS compliance support to chemical and pharmaceutical clients. He has managed and conducted EHS audits, EMS consulting, standard operating procedures development, permit preparation and maintenance, training module development and implementation.

Other industrial assignments under Mr. Jankoski’s direction have included RCRA Part B permit applications, RCRA closures, site assessments, Industrial Site Restoration Act (ISRA) consulting, pre-acquisition audits, SPCC and DPCC Plan preparation, EHS compliance audits, New Jersey Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) applications, groundwater remedial investigation and cleanup, waste management and waste minimization plans, SARA Title III compliance programs and underground storage tank (UST) investigations and remediations.

Mr. Jankoski’s hazardous waste assignments include project management of design and ground water pilot treatability studies for New Jersey Superfund sites. Treatment included metals precipitation, heated influent air stripping and carbon adsorption. Mr. Jankoski was responsible for preparing ground water and soil sampling plans, technical specifications and bid packages for excavation design.

Other projects have included the management of over 40 site investigations and remediations of abandoned dry wells, septic and other discharge structures for a major petroleum products marketer. His technical management included the oversight of geophysical survey, hydrogeologic investigation, NJPDES-DGW permits, excavations, and hazardous waste management and disposal options.

In addition, Mr. Jankoski has managed numerous underground storage tank (UST) projects which have included UST closure and soil and groundwater remedial investigations and cleanups. Technical activities have included soil vapor surveys, hydrogeologic investigations and dissolved constituent treatment system design.
